What this site collects

This website has one place where you can give us information: the contact form. When you submit it we receive the fields you filled in:

  • Full name (required)
  • Work email address (required)
  • Company and company website (optional)
  • The service area you selected
  • The description you wrote

We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or lease it, and we do not add you to a marketing list. We do not ask for payment details, postal addresses, phone numbers or government identifiers anywhere on this site.

Automatically collected information

Our hosting and network providers record standard request data — IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page and timestamp — as part of serving and protecting the site. We use the IP address of a form submission in memory to limit repeated submissions from the same source; it is not stored in a database by us.

Anti-abuse (reCAPTCHA)

To stop automated submissions we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form. The reCAPTCHA script is loaded only when you submit the form — not when you simply browse the site. When it runs, Google receives your IP address and interaction signals from that page and returns a score to us. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. If you make a choice in the cookie banner, we store that single value in your browser's local storage under vobla-cookie-consent so we do not ask again. It contains only accepted or declined. Clearing your browser storage removes it and the banner returns.

Web fonts are served from our own domain, so browsing this site does not send a font request to a third party.

Analytics

We use two measurement tools, both configured without cookies:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — which pages are visited and how quickly they load, reported in aggregate.
  • Google Analytics, delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz — page views and basic request details such as the page address, referring page and screen size. Google acts as our processor for this.

Neither stores anything on your device: no cookies, no local storage, and no persistent identifier. Each page view is sent with a newly generated random reference that is not reused, so these tools cannot link your visits together, recognise you on a return visit, or follow you to another site. Some of the Google measurement traffic is sent to an address on the doubleclick.net domain; if your browser or an extension blocks that address, only the measurement is lost and the site works normally.

Because they store nothing on your device and cannot identify you, they run on every visit rather than waiting for the cookie banner. If we later add measurement or advertising tools that do set cookies or identify visitors, they will load only after an explicit opt-in, and this page will be updated before they do.

Who processes your information

  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery, including request logs.
  • Cloudflare — DNS and network protection in front of the site, and cookieless Web Analytics.
  • Google — reCAPTCHA scoring, Google Analytics measurement, and Gmail for delivering and holding the enquiry email we receive from the form.

These providers act on our instructions for these purposes. They may store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Enquiries you send arrive as email in our company mailbox and stay there while the conversation is live and for as long as we may need the record of it. If we do not take the conversation forward, we delete it on request. Provider request logs follow those providers' own retention schedules.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us through the contact form and we will action verifiable requests. We may keep information where we still need it to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, protect against fraud or abuse, or debug an error — and we will tell you if that applies.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under California's privacy laws and, for visitors in the UK and EEA, the UK GDPR and GDPR. Where those laws apply, our basis for handling contact-form data is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and for anti-abuse checks our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure; we take reasonable measures and keep access to enquiry email limited to the people who need it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, the destination site's own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will make it prominent on the site rather than relying on this page alone.
